Personal Training

Are you finding it hard to stay motivated?  Are you recovering from an injury? Do you need changes in your workout every 6-8 weeks? Have you hit a plateau in your workout? Do you need some new ideas to make your workout more challenging? Would it be helpful to have someone help you with your workout just once a month?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you may need a personal trainer.

All YMCA Personal Trainers are certified and/or have a degree in Exercise Science or related fields

Individual Personal Training (60 minutes)

1-5 sessions:  $45 per session

6+ sessions:   $40 per session

Individual Personal Training (30 minutes)

1-5 sessions: $35 per session

6+ sessions:  $30 per session

Group Training (up to 10 participants)

1-5 sessions: $65 per session

6+ sessions:  $60 per session
