One On One: Fitness Testing

Fitness Evaluations

Assess your overall fitness level before starting a fitness program, or mark your progress during your program.  Evaluations include assessment of blood pressure, body composition, flexibility, resting heart rate, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength and endurance.  These are private sessions made by appointment only.  Computerized results and a certified YMCA Fitness Professional will guide you in establishing and meeting your fitness goals.  Ages: 14 - Adult.

Body Composition Analysis

Skin fold calipers are used on four sites along the right side of your body to measure subcutaneous fat.  A computerized program calculates a body fat percentage.  A YMCA Fitness Professional discusses results with you in a private session.  Ages: 14 - Adult.
