Fitness: Cycling

Group Cycling is a fitness class conducted on stationary bikes and led by a certified cycling instructor.  Designed as a self-pace class for all fitness levels, this is a great opportunity to enjoy a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout.  Classes are free to members, and held in the spinning studio on the first floor next to the chapel.  Sign up at the entry desk 30 minutes prior to class time to reserve your bike.  It is a good idea to bring a towel and water bottle with you to the class.

Cycle Schedule

Fitness Class Policies:

  • Bike reservations begin one hour prior to class start time. Member may only reserve their own bike.
  • Schedule is subject to change.  Please see Member Service Desk for revised schedules.
  • Youth 11-14 may participate in fitness classes under the supervision of a parent/guardian. Youth younger than 11 are not allowed to participate.
