Be a part of an unforgettable experience by working at summer camp! Working with fantastic people, changing lives, being changed yourself, and working in the outdoors are all perks of a camp job. Position openings are varied, but all staff are expected to be able to handle a variety of job responsibilities and areas.
Staff MUST be available for our two week staff training to be considered for employment. During training we will cover all aspects of the job and expectations, from safely running specific activities to working with different age groups.
All applicants must submit an application form and references, regardless of prior employment with YMCA Camp Dudley. Applicants will then be notified by phone call or letter whether or not they have been selected to continue in the interview process. Those continuing on will be required to complete either a phone or on-site interview with camp staff. All applicants will be notified of their final status regardless of whether a job offer is made or not.

We pride ourselves on having some of the best summer camp staff around! Positions vary, and hiring is competitive. 2014 application materials must be returned by March 3, 2014, however positions remain open until filled.
